Kitchen The updated kitchen has the perfect layout for all your meal prep needs, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up and an abundance of storage space. The large centre island is ideal for leisurely mornings with the pull-up breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and a beautiful backsplash complete the space, with a fridge, stove and microwave available. Save the space in your suitcase, all you need to bring is your food, spices and coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils. Living Room Relax in the living room, warm up by the stone wall gas fireplace, featuring a beautiful mantle and flat-screen TV for a movie night-in. Watch skiers make their way down the hill through the oversized windows or curl up with a book as you wind down for the evening. With plenty of seating throughout, this retreat makes entertaining easy while you catch up on your day of adventure. Bedrooms Your private Blue Mountain oasis can comfortably accommodate 6 guests within the two bedrooms provided. As you head up the stairs, you’re greeted by the first spacious bedroom that hosts two double bunk beds. Make your way to the loft to the private primary bedroom with a king bed that hosts a four-piece ensuite and jacuzzi tub. The living room sofa pulls out into a double sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Guest access Note: During the summer months (as long as the beach is open) guests of this unit can access the beach by purchasing a Play All Day Pass (wristband) or Play As You Go ticket at Guest Services in the Blue Mountain Village. Access to the beach can be granted onsite at the beach gate, however, premium pricing will be applied and the beach staff are unable to print a Play All Day wristband. The BMVA shuttle will not take you to this private beach, however, parking is available onsite when you show your pass or ticket. Other things to note COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points". We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points: fobs parking passes toilets phones electronics door handles bedside tables television remotes light switches taps and faucets

House rules:

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund. 2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
