Conveniently located at the foot of Blue Mountain's North Chairlift, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom loft chalet offers a unique ski in/out experience. Situated on a beautiful property that supplies self-contained units and provides fun & relaxation for all four seasons. Leave your car and walk across the footbridge to the the North lift and enjoy your ski day right from your chalet. The chalet includes a Washer & Dryer in the unit (VERY RARE) for your convenience. It also includes a private loft bedroom with its own bathroom along with a flat screen smart television and private balcony. The main area living room has a flat screen smart television with free Rogers cable. The main floor bedroom is a closed in private second bedroom, which is very rare for North Creek resort units. Bedding and towels for use in the 2 full bathrooms are provided along with a hair dryer. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. There is hand, dish and dishwasher soap, pots, dishes etc in the unit. Please bring your own body wash, shampoo. We have a coffee maker and kettle in the condo however please bring your own coffee and tea. The wifi and parking are also included in the rental. The chalet has two decks with beautiful views of the mountain. The door is equipped with a combination door lock, codes. Parking is included right outside the chalet. Please use the secure equipment locker right outside the unit door to secure your skis/board equipment. The key is labeled on a hook inside for you. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON SMOKING SPACE. If smoke/marijuana smell is detected inside, your security deposit will need to be used to cover the cost to prepare the condo to be odor free for the next family/guests. Please do not book if you need to bring a pet in consideration of other guests with allergies, who book for a pet free space. The pool area is unsupervised; please ensure children/non swimmers wear a life vest in pool area; don’t swim alone or while intoxicated. Play safe! COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points". We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points: fobs parking passes toilets phones electronics door handles bedside tables television remotes light switches taps and faucets Thank you and enjoy your stay!
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. Property Valet Inc. must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with Property Valet Inc. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund. 2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 4) No Smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 5) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 6) Property Valet Inc. is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 7) If property damage occurs Property Valet Inc. reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with Property Valet Inc. that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
