Ready to get cozy? Enjoy the peace and comfort of this spacious, bright and uniquely designed chalet with everything needed for a great family vacation. This 7 bedroom, cottage-like home comes with modern conveniences such as unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, sound bar, foosball table, hot tub & sauna. It is situated at the end of a treed trail backing on a forest with a beautiful view that you can view through the broad kitchen/dining room windows. Only a 3-min drive or 20-min walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski slopes. This is the perfect year-round chalet for skiing, snowboarding, biking, golfing, hiking, along with access to the private beach only a quick 5-min drive. Wristbands to access the private beach will be provided upon request. This chalet backs onto a conservation area with lots of trees and lots of privacy. The swiss-style chalet has an open concept top floor featuring a super high ceiling with exposed wood beams. Kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the top floor making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. There's also a large balcony at the back of this top floor with propane BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy your gourmet food outdoors. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and dishwasher. In addition, there is also a large Broil King BBQ on the balcony right next to the living room. Whatever you want to cook, we've got you covered. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. There are two large fridges, one in the kitchen and one on the lower level. Dining room: A 12 ft. long harvest table in the spacious dining room will provide comfortable seating for your large group while dining and enjoying the beautiful backyard view. Living room: The large living room has a massive brick fireplace to provide a warm ambiance. There are super comfy couches and a large 50” smart TV for you to kick back and relax or play a game of foosball. There is a front balcony with a BBQ where you will get a glimpse of the Blue Mountain ski hill in the winter. Bedrooms: The lower level has 4 bedrooms (3 double beds in one, 2 single beds in another), 2 bathrooms, a shower room and a sauna. There's also a large hot-tub for up to 8 people on the deck at the back of the ground floor. The ground floor has a lounging space with a TV and 3 bedrooms on this level, two rooms with a double size bunk bed and one with a double bed. Each bed is equipped with two pillows and a comforter. Plus, commercially laundered white bed linens, pillow cases and towels will be placed at each bedside. Guest access You will have private access to the entire Chalet! Other things to note It is the responsibility of the renter to monitor and adhere to current COVID-19 Social Gathering Guidelines COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points". We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points: fobs parking passes toilets phones electronics door handles bedside tables television remotes light switches taps and faucets Thank you and enjoy your stay!

Please complete your Pre-Check-In through Wishbox as soon as you receive the email.
