This exclusive beach front property is truly a treasure for every season whether it be snowshoeing to the Georgian Trail in the winters or cooling off with a swim on the beach. Only a short commute to Blue Mountain Village. This property has a large walkout to over 90ft of sandy beach where you can spend your summer in the sun and water. Watch the seasons change in the spring and fall, enjoy the comfort of the well built home during the winter months and basque in the sun during the summer months. The chalet backs onto a beautiful beach front with a back porch to admire the view. This modern, spacious, and bright home is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to enjoy your getaway. Warm up by the fireplace indoors or by the firepit out back. This location is only 6 mins to Thornbury, 6 mins to Meaford, 3 mins to the Lora Bay Golf Club, 9 mins to Georgian Peaks and 15 mins to the Blue Mountain Village. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. Walkout from the kitchen onto the beachfront deck with a BBQ and muskoka chairs. Dining & Living room: A large, modern wooden island/table in the spacious kitchen will provide you and your group comfort while dining with a view of the beach front. This area flows into the living room with a large TV and more beachfront view that is beautiful in the summer and winter. This chalet also includes 1 loft area, laundry on site, and a kids hangout room in the basement. Bedrooms: Chalet has a beautiful Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft area has a futon, TV and fireplace for additional sleeping and comfort area. Third bedroom has a bunk bed along with a single bed.
