Welcome to Blue View Chalets, great for all seasons! This beautiful chalet has the perfect amount of space for 10 guests and is conveniently located only a 10 min walk to the Blue Mountain Village. Situated across from the award winning Monterra Golf Course. Along with the other Blue View Chalets, the Corona was built in a classic ski-chalet style with an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area on the top floor and unobstructed views of the ski hill from both the balcony and the hot tub. Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night glass of wine while watching the beautiful sun set over the mountains. Head over to the seasonal pool in the summer for a swim with the kids or enjoy the private outdoor hot tub. This chalet also has a Sauna to relax in. The Corona chalet is the perfect getaway for any family or friends looking to take advantage of what The Blue Mountains has to offer during any season. Kitchen: The kitchen, dining area and living room are all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed to cook including all cutlery and utensils plus a Keurig coffee maker, BBQ utensils & more. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings! Dining & Living room: A table for 8 (can fit up to 10) in the dining room will provide comfortable seating for your group while dining and entertaining. Warm up by the gas fireplace with good company after a day of being out on the hills or during those cool summer nights. Bedrooms: This chalet has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a Queen in each. The fourth bedroom has one Single-over-double Bunk bed and one Single. The fifth bedroom has one Single-over-double Bunk bed and one Single. Each bed is equipped with commercially laundered white bed linens, comforters, and pillow cases. Freshly cleaned towels will be placed at each bedside. The Pool The pool will be open this summer, however we will be imposing certain rules as follows: • Maximum number of people in the pool will be limited to 20 at any time, • First come first serve • Clients may use the pool for a maximum of 2 hours at any time, unless there are no other clients waiting to use the pool • Social distancing must be observed, and wearing a mask when not in the pool is strongly suggested. The chalets located at 104 Brooker Blvd (Aurora, Vista, Omega, Vega, Corona, Stella, Luna, and Prima): To Blue Mountain Village: 1-minute drive (or 10-minute walk) To the Scandinave Spa: 4-minute drive (or 35-minute walk) To downtown Collingwood: 15-minute drive Your stay includes four (4) parking spaces on our property. Please use the spaces that are marked with the number that corresponds to your chalet. If your group will have more than four cars, you may park for free at the Blue Mountain Inn just down the road. It is the responsibility of the renter to monitor and adhere to current COVID-19 Social Gathering Guidelines COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points". We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points: fobs parking passes toilets phones electronics door handles bedside tables television remotes light switches taps and faucets
