With a location that can’t be beat, located only a 5 min walk to Blue Mountain Village with local restaurants, ski hills, activities, trails & more! This home is the perfect fit for a family or small group of friends, being able to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The space Whether you're looking to hit the slopes, spend the day relaxing, or head out for an adventure in the Summer, this is the perfect home - a cozy, modern, and inviting space. The layout is great for those looking to spend time with your company. Enjoy the bright open living area featuring a mini bar and a retro popcorn maker to entertain your group during your nights in. Prepare home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the BBQ on the patio in the summer. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including all cutlery, cookware, bakeware and more! If you feel like treating your guests to delicious meals, this kitchen is ready to back you up. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. There are two tables for dining including an outdoor patio set. Living room: From barn board accents to super cozy couches, this living space provides all the features to put you in full comfort mode. Enjoy easy access to the mini bar, popcorn maker, and electric fireplace to make your nights in that much better! The living room has large windows making this area appear bright and open along with a view of the Monterra golf course. Bedrooms: This home features 4 beautiful bedrooms. The spacious Master bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite washroom and a private walk-out deck. The second and third bedroom features cozy Queen beds with a great view of the Blue Mountains. The fourth bedroom features two Single-over-Double Bunk beds with four large windows and a backyard view of the Monterra golf course. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay. Please note the sauna in the Master bedroom is not available for use. Other things to note COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points". We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points: fobs parking passes toilets phones electronics door handles bedside tables television remotes light switches taps and faucets Thank you and enjoy your stay!

House rules:

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund. 2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
