The space You will love The Parker House, an updated 4 level open-concept townhome with rustic white charm, high ceilings and large windows throughout 2,600sq feet for natural lighting. Designed with families in mind, there is lots of room for children to play and adults to entertain in two separate lounge areas. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home (two showers, one bathtub) has an attached single garage providing dedicated parking for two. Enjoy the front patio off the living room for end of day sunshine and sunset views. Kitchen The kitchen is well-stocked offering a beautiful space for cooking and serving meals around the large dining table. It is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, Keurig and kettle, toaster, cookware, bakeware, outdoor BBQ and more! Across from the kitchen is the spacious dining area with a long harvest table that provides comfortable seating for your large group while dining, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. Living room Enjoy the warm gas fireplace on cool nights in, enjoy a board or card game, or indulge in movie nights in this cozy living room. You will be surrounded by beautiful aesthetics such as the stone fireplace, white brick walls, comfortable leather couches, surrounding windows, and a walkout balcony. It’s yours to put your feet up and enjoy, with all the comforts and relaxation of home. The main floor living room has plenty of seating with a walk-out patio where you can sit and soak in the end of day sun, while enjoying a drink. Bedrooms The Parker House has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one is the Master, with a King bed, ensuite and Juliet balcony. Bedroom two is nestled on the lower level with a gas fireplace and dedicated bathroom just outside the bedroom. Bedroom three and four contain two single beds in each, providing lots of sleeping flexibility and a shared bathroom. All linens, bedding and bath towels are provided for your comfort during your stay. Rec Room Enjoy the extra living space provided in the loft with a dedicated area for kids to play, a selection of games and toys, extra TV with DVD player and selection of Disney movies, plus streaming capabilities. The loft provides a bonus space with a gorgeous view of the ski hills! *We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels. Guest access - Two parking spots provided (garage plus one in driveway). Parking elsewhere in the complex and Village is limited. - Pets are welcome, subject to pre-approval and additional cleaning fees if approved. - Please ask the Guest Coordinator in advance of your stay regarding the community pool rules & reservation details. Note: COVID-19 protocols may effect the amount of people allowed in the pool & reservation times. Heritage Pool and Tennis Court (Farmgate) Opening Date: June 18 for the weekend. Closed during the following week until June 24th for the Summer season. Open Hours: 11am-8pm. Directions: Enter through the Pool house off Farmgate Road, parking is available. No sign up required however, there are max capacities based on a first come first serve basis for both the pool and tennis courts. There will be an Attendant on Site, as well as change rooms. Please note: This unit is in a residential neighbourhood which will not tolerate large parties or excessive outdoor noise after hours. Please ensure volume is always kept at a reasonable level and turned down by 9pm, specifically if you have music on outside (or inside with the windows open). There is a 24 hour Municipal Noise By-law in effect in The Town of The Blue Mountains that we are required to enforce. Additionally, parking is strictly monitored to ensure vehicles are only in the allowed spots: two guaranteed spots with the unit, or in the visitor parking, which is limited and subject to availability. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund. 2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
