This bright, open-concept vacation home is situated beside the 18th hole at Monterra Golf Course and is conveniently located only a 2 min walk to The Blue Mountain Village for restaurants, shops, and activities all year-round! This home is the perfect fit for a family or small group of friends, being able to accommodate 6 guests comfortably with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms + Full pull-out soda bed in the living room. The space This vacation home features an open-concept layout with the kitchen, living room and dining area all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. Enjoy the convenience short walk to the slopes in the winter time or head over to the community pool & hot tub during the summer months. While steps away from shops, restaurants, activities and other conveniences, this space is private and peaceful. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of appliances and cutlery, everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks for you and your guests while on vacation. Feel free to use the outside BBQ! All you need to bring is the food and seasonings! Across from the kitchen is the dining area where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the golf course views. Living room: Sit back, relax, and watch your favourite TV shows on the flatscreen TV while warming up by the gas fireplace. The living and dining room area are surrounded by large windows, making these areas appear bright and open. Beside the living room is the door to the outdoor BBQ and open backyard. Bedrooms: This home has 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite washroom. The second bedroom has two Twin beds. Both bedrooms have dressers to store clothing. One of the sofas in the living room area pulls out to a Full sofa bed. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay. *We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels. Guest access Note: During the summer months (as long as the beach is open) guests of this unit can access the beach by purchasing a Play All Day Pass (wristband) or Play As You Go ticket at Guest Services in the Blue Mountain Village. Access to the beach can be granted onsite at the beach gate, however, premium pricing will be applied and the beach staff are unable to print a Play All Day wristband. The BMVA shuttle will not take you to this private beach, however, parking is available onsite when you show your pass or ticket. Other things to note COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. We have implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques, our staff has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points". We have ensured that our cleaners sanitize all of the following high risk surface points: fobs parking passes toilets phones electronics door handles bedside tables television remotes light switches taps and faucets Thank you and enjoy your stay!

House rules:

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund. 2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
